Delta Lloyd PSB

Delta Lloyd Damage (Dutch: “Delta Lloyd Groep - Schade”- PGS) faced a major change in October 2008. Why? Delta Lloyd Group chooses to grow quickly from a post-neutral Product Group Damage to the Private Damage Organization (Dutch: “Particulier Schade Bedrijf”- PSB), with responsibilities to revenue and result. In other words: the project 'PGS-PSB conversion'. It is also a big change for the information management: from reactive to chain directed. Carola Wijkamp-Hermsen made the first steps back then. She asked Valori for advice. Wijkamp-Hermsen says: "And a little later the creation of the new Private Damage Organization followed." The actual realization of this reactive organization to a proactive organization still has to be completely implemented.
