Valori arrived with the book '101 golden tips for Good Commissioning', says Van Oostrom. In 2006, the whole technological NPL will be ready for a completely new system with new functionalities. Van der Berg: "The project 'Lotus' stands for Lotery User System. With 4,5 million players, the size is the most complex factor of the project, together with the dynamics of the NPL."
