Complaints
As an organization, Valori considers quality and customer satisfaction of paramount importance. Partly in that context, Valori takes every Complaint from a Participant seriously.
If you want to submit a complaint about a Training, please read our extensive complaints procedure which states how Valori handles Complaints submitted by Participants or Training offered through Valori. You can also read in this document how you make a complaint known to us.
